20 June 2023, Kongsberg Gruppen ASA transferred own shares at price NOK 460.24 per share in conjunction with the share program for employees as announced 20th of June 2023.

This notification and attached document provide an overview of related parties of primary insiders who have purchased shares through the program.

Shares in the company have been transferred to the following related parties of primary insiders on 20 June 2022:

Pål Rønning Haugan has purchased 174 shares

Sheila Kristina Hoff has purchased 174 shares
