Asker, 30 June 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Argeo AS (the "Company" or "Argeo") (Euronext Growth: ARGEO) on 29 June 2023 relating to a contemplated subsequent offering of up to 5,454,545 new shares directed towards eligible shareholders (the "Subsequent Offering").

The shares in Argeo will be traded exclusive the right to participate in the Subsequent Offering (if resolved) as from today, 30 June 2023.
