VOLUE ASA: CLOSING THE AQCUISITION OF ENERIM OY’s ENERGY SERVICES DIVISION
Oslo, June 30th 2023: Reference is made to the announcement May 15th 2023 regarding Volue ASA’s agreement to purchase 100 per cent of Enerim Oy’s energy services division at a value of EUR 30 million settled in cash.
All conditions related to the agreement are met, and the transaction was closed today.

Combining Enerim’s energy services division with our own capabilities we are becoming a market leader for digital services in renewables. We have operations in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Germany from day one, with the ambition to continue growing organically into additional European territories,” says Trond Straume, CEO of Volue.
