STOREBRAND ASA: Share buyback program completed

STOREBRAND ASA: Share buyback program completed

Storebrand's buyback program, announced on 29 March 2023, is now completed.

The total number of shares purchased under the program was 6 147 178 at an

average price of NOK 81.34 per share, for a total consideration of NOK 500

million.

Following the transactions, Storebrand ASA owns a total of 13 297 612 own

shares, representing 2.82% of Storebrand ASA's share capital.

The shares repurchased under the buyback program will be redeemed (i.e.

cancelled), subject to permission from the Financial Supervisory Authority and

resolution from Storebrand ASA's General Meeting in 2024.
