Capital reduction completed, cancellation of own shares

Kongsberg Gruppen ASA’s (“KONGSBERG’s”) Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) on 11 May 2023 resolved to reduce the company's share capital by NOK 1,739,028.75, through cancellation and redemption of 1,391,223 shares.

The six-week creditor deadline following the Register of Business Enterprise’s (NO: “Foretaksregisteret”) registration has expired, and the capital reduction has been completed in accordance with the AGM decision.

Following the capital reduction, the share capital of KONGSBERG is NOK 219,902,311.25, divided into 175,921,849 shares of NOK 1.25 each.

Following the cancellation of 695,555 treasury shares as part of this process, KONGSBERG holds 17 598 own shares .
