ANDFJORD SALMON AS: SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE REGISTERED

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Andfjord Salmon AS

on 27 June 2023 regarding the successful private placement (the "Private

Placement") of 15,974,026 new shares in the Company, raising gross proceeds of

approximately NOK 615 million.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of 5,922,078 new shares in

tranche 1 of the Private Placement has now been registered with the Norwegian

Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK

46,961,005 divided on 46,961,005 shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.
