Elopak ASA: New employee representatives on the Board of Directors

Election of employee representatives to the Board of Directors of Elopak ASA has been held and the result of the election is as follows:

Håvard Grande Urhamar and Anette Ellingsen were elected as directors. Marianne Groven, Connie O’Neill Kormeseth, Erland Fretheim and Magne Hamarstrøm were elected as deputy directors.

The employee representatives were elected with effect from August 1, 2023 for a period of two years.
