BIOFISH HOLDING AS: Exercise of Warrants issued in connection with Private Placement and Subsequent Offering
Reference is made to the warrants (the "Warrants") issued in connection with the private placement completed by the Company in January (the "Private Placement") and the subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering") and resolved by the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on 23 January 2023.
Shareholders that have been allocated Warrants have the first opportunity to exercise the Warrants in the period starting on 12 July 2023 and expiring on 11 August 2023 (the "First Exercise Period").
To be able to exercise warrants during the First Exercise Period, a completed exercise notice form must be received by Fearnley Securities within the end of the First Exercise Period by email to
A letter describing the process, including the exercise notice form, is being sent to each holder of Warrants.
