NOD: Reporting of transactions made by persons discharging managerial responsibilities in Nordic Semiconductor ASA's shares

Birger K Steen, Chair of the Board of Nordic Semiconductor ASA, has today sold 60,000 shares in Nordic Semiconductor held in his US retirement accounts and purchased the same number of shares on the open market on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
