CIRCA GROUP AS – INVITATION TO Q2 2023 RESULTS AND CAPITAL MARKET UPDATE

Oslo, Norway – 1 August 2023 Circa Group AS's quarterly report and presentation for Q2 2023 will be published at 07:00 CEST on 17 August 2023. The report and presentation will be available at www.newsweb.no and www.circa-group.com.

A webinar will be held at 08:30 CEST on the same day, where the management team will go through a summary of the presentation with opportunities to ask questions.

Circa Group is also pleased to invite you to a capital market update which will be held physically and virtually in Oslo on the 17 August 2023. Practical details will follow later. To participate, please register your attendance by contacting investor@circa-group.com
