Vår Energi ASA: Ex dividend Q2 2023

Sandnes, Norway, 4 August 2023: The shares in Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) will be

traded ex dividend of NOK 1.091 per share for the second quarter of 2023, as of

today, 4 August.

With reference to the stock market announcement on 25 July, the Board of Vår

Energi ASA resolved to pay a dividend payment of NOK 1.091 per share, NOK 2 723

579 214 in total, equal to USD 270 million, relating to Q2 2023. The dividend

will be paid in NOK and the NOK dividend amount is based on the daily exchange

rate published by Norges Bank 24 July 2023 approximately at 1600hrs CET.
