Sandnes, Norway, 7 August 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange release by Desert Control AS ("Desert Control" or the "Company") published on 1 August 2023. The issuance of 1 million new shares has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. After the transaction, Desert Control's share capital is NOK 126,980.367 divided into 42,326,789 shares, each share having a par value of NOK 0.003 and carrying one vote in the Company's general meeting.
