notified that Øystein Dahl Hem, CFO and primary insider in Pexip, on 10 August

2023, bought 10,000 shares in Pexip for an average price of NOK 22.00 per share.

After the transaction, Mr. Hem will hold 140,968 shares and rights to 260,000

shares.
