Sandnes, Norway, 11 August 2023: With reference to the release issued 10 August 2023 regarding shares allocated as part of Vår Energi ASA’s (OSE: VAR) long-term incentive (LTI) program for executive management; The attached form is updated to include shares allocated to board representative and primary insider Hege Susanne Blåsternes, which was omitted in the release issued 10 August 2023.
