Kongsberg Automotive appoints new Executive Vice President, People & Culture

Zurich, August 14, 2023: Kongsberg Automotive (KA) has appointed Oscar Jaeger as

Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Executive Vice President, People &

Culture, effective August 1, 2023.

Oscar joined KA in 2021 as Vice President HR for Specialty Products Division and

Global Purchasing. Since January 1, 2023, Oscar has served as the interim

Executive Vice President, HR.

He will be a member of the Group Leadership Team and will be based in KA

Gothenburg, Sweden.

Oscar joined KA from Volvo Group where he held several senior HR leadership

positions since 2006. He holds a Bachelors' degree in Human Resources

Development and Labor Relations from the University of Gothenburg.
