Oslo, Norway, 18 August 2023: The following primary insiders has today due to

private reasons (divorce) sold one third of his holdings in Cloudberry Clean

Energy ASA ("Company"):

· Amandus Invest AS, a company closely related to the Chief Value Officer

Christian Helland, sold 151,000 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK

10.2 and will, following the transaction hold 301,758 shares in the Company.

Christian Helland also holds 5,250,000 warrants.

Cloudberry refers to the attached notifications for persons discharging

managerial responsibilities in the company in accordance with Regulation EU

596/2014 (MAR) article 19.
