notified that Helge Hoff Hansen, SVP Strategy and primary insider in Pexip

today, 22 August 2023, has purchased 4,000 shares in Pexip for an average price

of NOK 20.69 per share.

After the transaction, Hansen will hold 4,000 shares and rights to 251,617

shares.
