Transactions carried out under the share buy-back program for KONGSBERG related to the employee share program

23 August 2023, Kongsberg Gruppen ASA has transferred 348 own shares at price NOK 460.24 per share to two employees, 174 shares to each. The transfer is in conjunction with the share program for all employees announced 17th of January 2023 and 29 March 2023 and is in addition to the transfers announced on 20 June 2023.

After this transaction, Kongsberg Gruppen ASA owns 17,250 own shares corresponding to 0,01% of KONGSBERGs share capital.
