KCC: Fixed income investor calls and contemplated sustainability-linked bond issue

Oslo, 25 August 2023: Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA (the “Company”) has mandated Danske Bank, Nordea, Pareto Securities and SEB as Joint Lead Managers and SEB as Sole Sustainability Structuring Advisor to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing 28 August 2023. Subject to inter alia market conditions, a NOK denominated 5-year senior unsecured sustainability-linked bond issue may follow.

In conjunction with the potential bond issue, the Company will consider a conditional buyback of KCC04 (ISIN: NO0010874530) maturing 11 February 2025. The proceeds from the potential bond issue will be used for a partial refinancing of KCC04 and general corporate purposes.
