Thomas Moe Børseth, Chairman of the Board and primary insider in Ocean Sun AS (the “Company”) has 28th of August 2023, through Pertinent Invest AS, bought 14,000 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 5.42 per share. Thomas Moe Børseth owns 100% of the shares in Pertinent Invest AS which, following this transaction, holds 25,750 shares in Ocean Sun AS. In addition, Thomas Moe Børseth represents Umoe AS that holds 4,000,000 shares.
