Gentian Diagnostics ASA has today been notified that primary insider Njaal Kind (CFO) on 29 August 2023 purchased 5,000 shares at an average price of 43,40 per share. After the transaction Mr. Kind holds 26,125 shares and 140,670 options in Gentian Diagnostics ASA.
