Extension of acceptance period and Norwegian acceptance form – approval

Oslo Børs, in capacity as take-over supervisory authority, has approved amendments to the following offer set out in offer document dated 27 July 2023, as amended 25 August 2023, in respect of:

Voluntary offer to acquire the shares in Kahoot! ASA made by Kangaroo BidCo AS.

The amendments relate to extension of the acceptance period and Norwegian acceptance form.

Acceptance period, as extended: to 22 September 2023 at 16:30 (CEST) (subject to extension, but not beyond 6 October 2023).
