Veidekke: Mandatory notification of trade - Share purchases under the Key employees' share program 2023 - Correction*

Reference made to the stock exchange notification dated 11/09/2023 regarding the

reporting of notifiable trades under the share purchasing program for Key

employees.

The original announcement contained the wrong number of subscribed shares for

two primary insiders. Please see the updated message below:

A total of 575 participants in the Company's share program for key employees

have on September 8[th] 2023 subscribed for 705 554 shares.

The purchase price is equal to the volume-weighted average share price on the

Oslo Stock Exchange in the subscription period, with a deduction for a discount.

Discount for Swedish employees is 25 % which gives a purchase price of 75.25 NOK

per share. For the Norwegian and the Danish employee`s the discount is 20%,

which gives a purchase price of 80.26 NOK per share.

The shares are subject to a three-year lock-in period.

A total of 524 participants purchased 652 904 shares at NOK 80.26 per share.

A total of 51 participants purchased 52 650 shares at a price of NOK 75.25.

The shares will be transferred October 2023.
