Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip" or "The Company", Oslo Børs Ticker: PEXIP) has been

notified that Patricia Auseth, Chief Marketing Officer and primary insider in

Pexip, today, 22 September 2023, has purchased 4,040 shares in Pexip for an

average price of NOK 17.63 per share.

After the transaction, Auseth will hold 17,210 shares and rights to 255,000

shares.
