Kongsberg Automotive - Extraordinary General Meeting held

Oslo, September 27, 2023: An extraordinary general meeting in Kongsberg Automotive ASA (the "Company") was held today, September 27, 2023.

The extraordinary general meeting elected new members to the Company's Board of Directors and one new member and Chair of Nomination Committee in accordance with the proposed candidates announced on September 6, 2023. Minutes from the meeting is attached and will also be made available at the Company's website, http://www.kongsbergautomotive.com/investor-relations/.

Following this, the Company's Board of Directors consists of the following shareholder elected members:

• Peter Thostrup
• Erik Volden
• Emese Weissenbacher
• Brian Kristoffersen
• Junyang (Jenny) Shao

The new Board of Directors elected Peter Thostrup as new Chairman of the Board immediately following the Extraordinary General Meeting,
