BusinessPartner i Helsingborg AB becomes part of ECIT

ECIT AS hereby announce that BusinessPartner i Helsingborg AB has become part of ECIT.

- With this acquisition ECIT’s adds IT Consulting to our service delivery in Sweden. We are pleased to welcome customers and employees of BusinessPartner to ECIT, says Peter Lauring, CEO in ECIT.

ECIT is acquiring 50.1 % of the shares in BusinessPartner i Helsingborg AB, with an option to acquire all remaining shares in the company. The acquisition has been settled partly through cash, and partly with treasury shares. After the transaction, ECIT AS stock of treasury shares is 1,481,457, corresponding to 0.327 % of the company`s total registered share capital.
