Correction: Updated responsibility statement in second quarter 2023 results
Sandnes, Norway, 2 October 2023: Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) received a notification from the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority regarding deficiencies in the Responsibility Statement in the second quarter and 1st half report of 2023.
The wording of the Responsibility Statement is updated to comply with the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and included on page 21 of the report.
A new version of the second quarter and first half 2023 report is available attached and on the corporate website.
