Kid ASA - Correction of Responsibility Statement in Q2-23 report

Lier, 4 October 2023: Kid ASA received a notification from the Financial

Supervisory Authority of Norway regarding deficiencies in Responsibility

Statement in the financial report for second quarter and first half of 2023.

The Responsibility Statement in the financial report, published 24 August, did

not contain the names and roles of the responsible persons. A new version of the

second quarter and first half report for 2023, including names and roles, is

attached to this message and made available on the corporate website.

No other changes have been made to the report.
