Beerenberg AS to host online presentation in connection with the first day of trading on Euronext Growth Oslo

Pareto Securities AS and SpareBank 1 Markets have the pleasure of inviting you to a company presentation with Beerenberg AS, on Thursday 5 October at 10:00 am CEST, in connection with the first day of trading on Euronext Growth Oslo.

Beerenberg is a leading supplier of maintenance and modifications services. For more than 40 years Beerenberg has delivered cost efficient solutions to a wide range of industrial enterprises. Their expertise covers the entire life cycle from field studies and newbuilds to maintenance, modification and lifetime extensions. Beerenberg see it as a duty to challenge conventional thinking in the industry trough innovation and creative solutions – always focusing on improved HSE/Q, sustainability, productivity and consistency.

Beerenberg has successfully raised gross proceeds of approximately NOK 250 million in relation to the listing. The proceeds will partly be used to repay NOK 200 million of the Company’s debt and the remaining proceeds to fund certain growth initiatives and general corporate purposes.

The presentation will be held in Norwegian.
