Bergen, 5 October 2023. Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements made by Beerenberg AS ("Beerenberg" or the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") on 28 September 2023 and 29 September 2023, regarding the Company's contemplated private placement of new and existing shares in the Company (the "Private placement") and the Company's intention to have its shares admitted to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo (the "Admission"), as well as the subsequent announcement of the successful completion of a NOK 357.5 million Private Placement.

The attached information document has been prepared by the Company solely for use in connection with the admission to trading.

The first day of trading of the Company's shares on Euronext Growth Oslo is today, 5 October 2023, under the ticker code "BBERG".

Pareto Securities AS and SpareBank 1 Markets AS has acted as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners (together the "Managers") in connection with the successful completion of the Private Placement and the subsequent Admission.
