Ocean Sun AS: Changes to the Board of Directors

Fornebu, Norway – Ocean Sun AS has today received resignations from the Chair of the Board, Thomas Moe Børseth, and Board Member, Erik Løkke-Øwre. The board has appointed May Kristin Salberg as new Chair of the Board up to the General Assembly in 2024.

"On behalf of the Board, I would like to express my gratitude to both Mr. Moe Børseth and Mr. Løkke-Øwre for their valued services and dedication during their respective tenures with the Board," says Mrs. Salberg and continues “Mr. Moe Børseth has been part of the Board for five years and has provided valuable insights and strategic direction for the Company during his term”.
