Reference is made to the announcement published on 12 October 2023 by Nordic

Unmanned ASA (the "Company") (ticker: NUMND) regarding the successfully placed

private placement of 140,000,000 new shares in the Company at a price of 0.50

per share, raising gross proceeds of NOK 70 million. (the "Private Placement").

allocations of shares in the Private Placement made to primary insiders and
