Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Nordic

Unmanned ASA (the "Company") (Euronext Growth: NUMND) on 12 October 2023

regarding the successfully placed private placement of 140,000,000 new shares in

the Company at a subscription price of NOK 0.50, raising gross proceeds of NOK

70 million (the "Private Placement").

The Company's board of directors hereby calls for an extraordinary general

meeting to be held on 27 October 2023 at 10:00 hours (CEST) at the Company's

offices at Havnespeilet, 3rd floor, Rådhusgata 3, 4306 Sandnes, Norway.

The notice for the extraordinary general meeting and the notice of attendance

and proxy forms are attached hereto.
