KMC Properties - Sells low-WAULT Swedish property at book value

KMC Properties has today sold a property located in Täby, Sweden, for SEK 68 million to Frentab Fastigheter, reflecting book value. The property has a valuation yield of 6.14 per cent and a WAULT of 4.3 years.

”We are happy to sell the property at Täby to Frentab Fastighter who will develop it further. The selling price at book value support that our properties have a strong and stable market value with low residual risk”, says Liv Malvik, CEO of KMC Properties. ”We will invest the proceeds from the sale in accretive long-WAULT properties. We see plenty of opportunities in the current market”.

The property comprises of a total land area of 14,196 square meters and a building area of 4,278 square meters, with potential for further development in the form of unused building rights.

The transaction closed today, 13 October 2023.
