CFO Anders Olstad resigns

CFO Anders Olstad has today informed that he will resign from his position with

effect from May 1, 2024. Olstad joined Entra in October 2015 as CFO, and he has

had an instrumental role in Entra's management team and development since then.

"Anders is a highly valued colleague, and I would like to thank him, on behalf

of everyone at Entra, for his commitment and dedication. I will particularly

highlight his contribution in refining the property portfolio through

acquisitions and divestments, managing the strategic interest process for Entra

in 2020-21, and securing robust financial funding during the recent 1,5 years in

a more adverse macro environment. His expertise, integrity, and drive for

quality has significantly contributed to Entra being recognized for high

standards by our partner banks and in the equity and debt capital markets. He

will leave with our best wishes for his future endeavours", says CEO Sonja Horn.

"It has been interesting and a pleasure to serve as CFO of Entra over the past

eight years. I have had the privilege to work with one of the most dedicated

teams in the commercial real estate industry, and I have the utmost confidence

in the company. I remain committed to assist in the process of finding a

suitable replacement for my role and will provide all necessary support to

facilitate the transition process. When I leave the company next spring, it is

with a knowledge that Entra will weather the current market conditions. We have

great assets and solid tenants, a good organization, and we have cash flow and

available liquidity to carry us well through a demanding situation for the real

estate industry", says Anders Olstad.

Olstad will remain as CFO in Entra during his six-month notice period. Entra

will initiate a search for a new CFO to ensure a seamless transition.

Anders Olstad har i dag informert om at han vil fratre sin stilling med virkning

fra 1. mai 2024. Olstad begynte i Entra i oktober 2015 som CFO, og han har hatt

en sentral rolle i Entras ledergruppe og utviklingen av selskapet siden den

gang.

«Anders er en høyt verdsatt kollega, og jeg vil på vegne av alle i Entra takke

ham for hans engasjement. Jeg vil spesielt fremheve hans bidrag til å foredle

eiendomsporteføljen gjennom kjøp og salg av eiendom, styring av prosessen

knyttet til den strategiske interessen for Entra i 2020-21, samt å sikre at

selskapet har fått på plass en robust finansieringsstruktur de siste 1,5 årene

også under mer krevende markedsforhold. Hans ekspertise, integritet og fokus på

kvalitet har i betydelig grad bidratt til at Entra har blitt anerkjent for sin

høye standard av våre partnerbanker og i aksje- og gjeldskapitalmarkedene. Vi

ønsker Anders all mulig lykke til videre, sier administrerende direktør Sonja

Horn.

«Det har vært interessant og en glede å være CFO i Entra disse åtte årene. Jeg

har hatt privilegiet av å jobbe med ett av de mest dedikerte teamene i

næringseiendomsbransjen, og jeg har stor tro på selskapet fremover. Jeg vil

bistå i prosessen med å finne en erstatter til rollen min og vil gi all

nødvendig støtte for å lette overgangsprosessen. Når jeg forlater selskapet

neste vår, er det med en visshet om at Entra vil klare seg godt også i dagens

markedsforhold. Vi har fantastiske eiendommer og solide leietakere, en god

organisasjon, og vi har kontantstrøm og tilgjengelig likviditet til å bære oss

godt gjennom krevende tider for eiendomsbransjen, sier Anders Olstad.

Olstad står i rollen som CFO i Entra i sin seks måneders oppsigelsestid. Entra

vil starte et søk etter en ny finansdirektør for å sikre en sømløs overgang
