New lease contracts in Christian Kroghs gate 10 In Oslo

Entra has signed leases with seven tenants for a total of 2,900 sqm in Christian Krogh gate 10 in Oslo, in addition to the 1,570 sqm contract signed and notified in July 2023. The property was acquired in the Oslo Areal transaction in 2022 and is currently vacant. The lease contracts have an average duration of approximately eight years, starting from Q4 2023/Q1 2024. The property is now 84 % let.
