Desert Control AS - Share capital increase registered

Sandnes, Norway, 13 October 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange

release by Desert Control AS ("Desert Control" or the "Company") published on 28

September 2023. The issuance of 10,000,000 new shares has been registered with

the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. After the transaction, Desert

Control's share capital is NOK 156,980.367 divided into NOK 52,326,789 shares,

each share having a par value of NOK 0.003 and carrying one vote in the

Company's general meeting.
