Argeo: Information regarding extraordinary general meeting

Asker, 27 October 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Argeo AS (the "Company" or "Argeo") (Euronext Growth: ARGEO) on 20 October 2023 regarding notice of an extraordinary general meeting (the "EGM") of the Company.

The Company would like to remind its shareholder of the following in relation to the EGM:

- Only shareholders holding shares on 27 October 2023 will be able to attend the meeting and cast their vote.

- Shareholders holding shares through a nominee account (Nw.: forvalterregistrerte aksjer) must submit a notification of attendance at the latest on 1 November 2023 to the contact person set out in the EGM notice.
