An Extraordinary General Meeting of Gigante Salmon AS was held at 11:00 hours (CET) today, 31 October 2023 at the Company's offices at Sjøgata 21, 8006 Bodø, Norway.

All items on the agenda were resolved in accordance with the Board of Directors' proposals as set out in the calling notice attached to the stock exchange announcement published on 12 October 2023.
