Moody's affirms A1 rating for long-term deposit and issuer ratings; outlook changed to positive

Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") today changed the rating outlook from "stable" to "positive" for deposit and senior unsecured debt of SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge.

The confirmation and change to a positive rating outlook are due to SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge's announcement of its merger with SpareBank 1 SR Bank ASA.
