Mandatory notification of trade by Primary Insiders

Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip" or "The Company", Oslo Børs Ticker: PEXIP) has been

notified that the following primary insiders in Pexip have purchased shares

today, 2 November 2023:

Trond K. Johannessen, CEO and primary insider in Pexip has purchased 15,000

shares in Pexip for an average price of NOK 20.05 per share. After the

transaction, Johannessen will hold 115,000 shares and rights to 670,000 shares.

Åsmund Olav Fodstad, Chief Revenue Officer and primary insider in Pexip, has

purchased 10,000 shares in Pexip for an average price of NOK 19.54 per share

through Metrix Invest AS. After the transaction, Mr. Fodstad and Metrix Invest

AS, controlled by Mr. Fodstad, will hold 797,275 shares and rights to 320,000

shares.
