Beerenberg AS – End of stabilisation period

Bergen, 2 November 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Beerenberg AS (the "Company") on 5 October 2023 where the Company announced the beginning of a stabilization period following the private placement of new shares and admission to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo.

SpareBank 1 Markets AS (the “Stabilisation Manager”) has informed the Company that the stabilisation period has ended. Stabilisation activities have been undertaken between 5 October and 2 November 2023 and comprise a total of 1.805.000 shares in the Company, purchased at an average price of NOK 17,1281,- as further set out in the attached stabilisation notice with appendix.
