Vår Energi ASA: Ex dividend Q3 2023

Sandnes, Norway, 3 November 2023: The shares in Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) will

be traded ex dividend of NOK 1.204 per share for the third quarter of 2023, as

of today, 3 November.

With reference to the stock market announcement on 24 October, the Board of Vår

Energi ASA resolved to pay a dividend payment of NOK 1.204 per share, NOK 3

005 673 120 in total, equal to USD 270 million, relating to Q3 2023. The

dividend will be paid in NOK and the NOK dividend amount is based on the daily

exchange rate published by Norges Bank 23 October 2023 approximately at 1600hrs

CET.
