Completes share repurchase programme
Norske Skog's share repurchase programme, announced on 14 July 2023, is now completed.
The total number of shares purchased under the programme was 9 426 470 at an average price of NOK 43.97 per share, for a total consideration of NOK 414 518 638.
Following the transactions, Norske Skog ASA owns a total of 9 426 470 own shares, representing 10.00% of Norske Skog ASA's share capital.
The shares repurchased under the repurchase programme will be redeemed (i.e., cancelled), subject to resolution from Norske Skog ASA's General Meeting in 2024.
