The board of directors of Stainless Tankers ASA (the "Company") has proposed the distribution of a cash dividend, to be resolved by an extraordinary general meeting of the Company to be held on 23 November 2023.

Dividend amount: USD 0.160 per share

Announced currency: USD. The distribution will be made in NOK

Last day including right: 23 November 2023

Ex-date: 24 November 2023

Record date: 27 November 2023

Payment date: on or about 30 November 2023

Date of approval: 23 November 2023

Other information: The distribution will constitute a repayment of the Company's paid-in capital.
