Kahoot! ASA – Disclosure of large shareholding

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 14 July 2023 regarding a voluntary offer (the "Offer") from Kangaroo BidCo AS (the "Offeror") to shareholders in Kahoot! ASA (the "Company"), and an investment agreement whereby General Atlantic FT B.V. has agreed to sell shares to the Offeror against consideration in newly issued shares in the Offeror's parent company.

General Atlantic FT B.V. has on 9 November 2023 completed the sale of in total 73,852,712 shares in the Company, representing 14.99% of the total issued shares and votes. Following the sale, General Atlantic FT B.V. holds no shares or rights to shares in the Company.
