GC Rieber Shipping: Mandatory notification of trade - Acceptances of voluntary offer for the shares in GC Rieber Shipping ASA

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice today regarding the voluntary

offer from GC Rieber AS (the "Offeror") to acquire all shares in GC Rieber

Shipping ASA ("Company") not already owned by the Offeror (the "Voluntary

Offer").

Today, the following primary insiders have accepted the Offer for a price at NOK

8.80 per share:

Einar Ytredal (CEO), for a total of 41,325 shares;

Dalland AS, a company controlled by Øystein Dalland Kvåle (COO), for a total of

27,560 shares;

Silje Tonning Søgnen (CFO), for a total of 4,500 shares; and

Gjert Florvåg (CTO), for a total of 4,000 shares.

Following the acceptance, the primary insiders listed above holds no shares in

the Company.
