Sparebanken Møre: Successful issuance of Senior Preferred bonds
Sparebanken Møre (Issuer rating A1/stable outlook by Moody’s) has on Monday 13th November 2023 successfully issued two new bullet Senior Preferred Bonds, both with maturities after 3.25years. FRN loan of 1,100MNOK and Fixed loan of 300MNOK.
Arrangers of the Bonds were Danske Bank and Nordea.
The bonds will be applied for listing on Nordic ABM.
