Description

The securities of Clean Seas Seafood Limited ('CSS') will be placed in trading halt at the request of CSS, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 24 November 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Clean Seas Seafood Limited ("CSS") REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Clean Seas Seafood Limited (Company), requests a trading halt to be applied with effect from the commencement of trading on Wednesday 22 November 2023, pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1. The trading halt is requested in connection with a proposed non-underwritten placement (Placement) by the Company.

The following information is provided in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1:

• 1. Commencement of trading halt: The Company requests that the trading halt commence with effect from commencement of trading on Wednesday 22 November 2023.
• 2. Reasons for trading halt: The Company requests the trading halt for the purposes of conducting the proposed Placement.
• 3. Duration of trading halt: The Company expects the trading halt to last until it makes an announcement to ASX concerning the outcome of the Placement, which the Company anticipates will be made prior to commencement of trading on Friday 24 November 2023.
• 4. Termination of the trading halt: The trading halt will terminate no later than the commencement of trading on Friday 24 November 2023.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
