Clean Seas Seafood Limited's (Company) Shares have been placed in a Trading Halt, at its own request, from 10am AEDT Wednesday 22 November 2023 in connection with a proposed non-underwritten placement.
The Company expects the trading halt to last until it makes an announcement to ASX concerning the outcome of the placement, which the Company anticipates will be made prior to commencement of trading on Friday 24 November 2023 AEDT.
